Where We Ship
We ship to all EU member states, Norway and the United States.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and then shipped with tracking. The latest delivery date for your country is shown in your cart and at checkout, before you pay:
- United States: within 13 business days of your order.
- Most of Europe: within 13 business days of your order.
- Greece, Malta and Portugal: within 18 business days.
- Cyprus: within 23 business days.
If your order arrives after the date you needed it, tell us and we will refund it.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
United States: All import duties and fees are paid by us before your order ships. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
European Union: No additional customs duties or import fees apply.
Norway: Local customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout, we will email you with a new estimate and you may cancel for a full refund.
