Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Varelyn Jewelers piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, wherever you live. For customers in the EU, this comes on top of the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law gives you.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping, including for returns from the United States — you won't pay anything to send an eligible item back to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it. You do not need to send the damaged item back first.
Conditions
- Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
- You may handle the jewelry as you would in a shop to see if it suits you. Items that show wear beyond this may be refunded at a reduced amount.
- Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty — please contact us if you're unsure.
How to Start a Return
Click "Cancel or return an order" at the bottom of any page, or contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we email you the return instructions and a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll notify you and refund you to your original payment method, within 14 days of your return request.
