Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Varelyn Jewelers piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, wherever you live. For customers in the EU, this is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law gives you, and it does not limit your statutory rights in any way.
Cancel or Return an Order Online
You can cancel or return an order yourself, without contacting us: click "Cancel or return an order" at the bottom of any page on our store (or sign in to your account), open the order, and choose Cancel (orders that have not shipped yet) or Request return (orders you have received). You'll receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
Cancelling Before Shipment
You can cancel any item that has not yet been shipped. Once an item has shipped, simply return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping, including for returns from the United States. You won't pay anything to send an eligible item back to us: once your return is approved, we email you the return instructions and a prepaid label.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it. You do not need to send the damaged item back first.
Condition of Returned Items
- Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
- You may handle the jewelry as you would in a shop to see if it suits you. Items that show wear beyond this may be refunded at a reduced amount.
- Personalized or engraved items made to your specifications cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll notify you and refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 days of your return request, although we may wait until we have received the item back.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. You can use the online option above, or send us a clear statement of your decision by email to varelynjewelers.store@gmail.com with your name and order number. Our 30-day return window applies on top of this right.
